作者&绘者：陈振盼，美籍华裔作家，2018年凯迪克奖得主，曾在雪城大学学习插画。他的图画书屡获大奖，其中《一座岛的600万年》获得了2013年的狮鹫奖，并被美国《学校图书馆杂志》《科克斯书评》共同评委2012年度最佳图书。他还创作了矢车菊奖入围作品《穿越寒武纪珊瑚礁》和亚马逊十大编辑精选童书《穿越侏罗纪原始森林》，以及同样出色的美国童书合作中心推荐图书《万有引力》。
